Besides sharing STEM focused books for both toddlers and young children, Miss Lacey will give them hands-on, craft oriented experiences. Please call us at 435-619-8200 to reserve spots if you want your children to take part.

Lacey was born and raised in Indiana and has always had a love of working with children and being outdoors. She moved to Tennessee for college, met her husband there, and ended up in southern Utah just over 8 years ago for his job working with the National Park Service. She spent the past 5 years running the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve visitor center. In addition to all the administrative work and visitor interaction, she was in charge of creating content for, and giving, many presentations for all ages around Washington County. She recently had her first baby and decided to step down from her position to spend time watching him grow. She loves hiking, swimming, traveling, and spending time with her family. She also loves teaching children the importance of reading, learning, and playing and showing them that all three of those things go hand in hand.
